Comprehensive Terms and Conditions

Allegiant Catering, LLC & Chef Katiana 

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all catering and personal chef services provided by Allegiant Catering, LLC & Personal Chef Services (“Company”) and Chef Katiana (“Chef Kat”) to clients (“Client”) and their guests. This Agreement is designed to establish clear expectations, protect the legal rights and reputation of the Company, Chef Kat, and staff, and outline the legal obligations and liabilities of all parties. By booking services, the Client accepts these terms as legally binding.

2. Definitions

  • Company: Allegiant Catering, LLC, including all employees, contractors, and representatives.

  • Chef Kat: Chef Katiana, the principal chef providing services.

  • Client: The individual or entity booking services.

  • Guests: Any individuals attending the event or present during service.

  • Event: Any occasion where services are rendered.

  • Agreement: This document and all attached policies.

3. General Conduct and Respect

Clients and guests must treat Chef Kat and all staff respectfully and professionally at all times. Disrespectful behavior including verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment, or disruption—is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund. The Company also reserves the right to take legal action in response to any violation.

4. Access Restrictions

Clients and guests are strictly forbidden from entering the designated chef workspace, kitchen area, or accessing Chef Kat’s equipment and personal belongings unless expressly invited by Chef Kat. Unauthorized access or tampering will result in immediate termination of service without refund and may lead to legal action for trespass or interference.

5. Arrival and Timing

In the event of late arrival by Chef Kat or staff, the Client agrees that this does not constitute grounds for disrespectful behavior, slander, negative reviews, refund requests, or any form of legal action. The Company will fulfill all contracted obligations, and all services will be rendered as agreed. Any attempt to use timing as a pretext for slander, negative publicity, or legal claims is a breach of this Agreement.

6. Anti-Slander and Anti-Smear Policy

Clients and guests are expressly prohibited from engaging in any form of slander, libel, defamation, false reviews, or smear campaigns against the Company, Chef Kat, or staff, whether online, in print, or in person. Any such actions, including but not limited to social media posts, negative reviews based on fabricated or misleading information, or communication with third parties intended to harm the Company’s reputation, are strictly forbidden and constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies—including but not limited to civil litigation, claims for damages, and injunctive relief—against any individual or entity responsible for such conduct.

7. Sabotage and Interference

Any acts intended to interfere with, obstruct, or sabotage the performance of services—including but not limited to tampering with equipment, disrupting the chef’s process, or encouraging others to act against the Company’s interests—will result in immediate termination of services without refund. The Company will seek all legal remedies for any harm, loss, or reputational damage caused by such interference.

8. Legal Consequences for Violations

Violations of any part of this Agreement, including disrespectful conduct, unauthorized access, slander, sabotage, or interference, will result in immediate cancellation of services without refund. The Company expressly reserves the right to pursue legal action for actual and punitive damages, recovery of all associated legal fees and costs, and any other remedies available under law. Clients and guests waive any right to countersue or seek damages for enforcement of these terms.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allegiant Catering, LLC, Chef Kat, and all staff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any breach of this Agreement, misconduct, or actions by the Client or their guests.

10. Final Authority and Enforcement

Chef Kat and Allegiant Catering, LLC retain sole and final authority regarding the interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of these terms at all events. Decisions made by the Company or Chef Kat concerning service provision, client conduct, and enforcement of these rules are final and binding.

11. Acceptance and Binding Nature

By booking personal chef services with Allegiant Catering, LLC, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these comprehensive terms and conditions. Non-compliance will result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of all fees, and exposure to all applicable legal consequences as outlined above. This Agreement is binding upon the Client and all guests present at the event.
